STATE OF THE WORLD
Due to recent actions following World War 4, the world has been on a "no more pollution" phase for the past few centuries. The climate dropped significantly as a lot of things were done to reverse engineer the greenhouse effects such as the Russian man-made glacier project in the Verkhoyansk mountain range. Gas emissions were brought down significantly while most the world began to use more cleaner ways of energy. The world is in a rather healthy state due to this after countless years of bandaging up mother nature. The United States became a lush jungle like area years after the xylopods first touched down onto the earth and besides the desert lands of some areas; there is no wasteland. However, Europe was a different story. During the Xylopod war, fighting commenced throughout the main continents which included America, Australia, Asia, and Europe.

LEVELS OF METRO
• Level 1 - Also called the "Upper Labyrinth", it is the part of the metro closest enough to the surface, and also the safest compared to the others. It's home to many European communities, however exclusive for those too poor to dwell anywhere else, meaning that it's prone to sickness, crime, and generally poor living conditions. The TSF does patrol it and will stop what they can, though the area is quite dimly lit throughout.
• Level 2 - Also called the "Lower Labyrinth", is the first dangerous section located in the metro despite being the second level. The environment is heavily changed, with mylogenopede and xylopod structures built throughout the area. Filled with dangerous wildlife where escaping back to the upper labyrinth becomes difficult, the lower labyrinth is a place only suited for experienced metro dwellers, commonly known as "Raiders". Its not uncommon to find the fresh and decayed remains of humans, filled with acidic smells and the occasional flooding from overflowing drainage points from poor ventilation. Predators become increasingly more common, as the ground becomes more unstable. It also gets noticeably darker and colder due to the little light received from this position. As it is the level between total xylopod control and partial human control, horrific creatures, also known as abyss feeders. Their groans can be heard throughout the area at times, traveling in hordes and packs.
• Level 3 - Also called the "Common Metro", being that it is what most people mean when they refer to the metro; this is the first level primarily occupied by the xylopods. Most of the larger metro stations will be found here, as well as older pre-war shops long since abandoned. Underground malls, plazas, and once-exquisite architecture can all be found here in addition to the tunnels themselves, as well as large amounts of dust. The metro units of the TSF do most of their work down here, helping to keep the xylopods from spilling over into the upper levels. Tunnels here tend to travel for long distances on a regional level. ㅤ
• Level 4 - Nicknamed the "Deep Metro", as it is the deepest truly "known" level. It is infamous for housing the old, decrepit remains of weapons and equipment from WWIII and WWIV, its larger, open tunnels having been used during the underground campaigns. This is where the metro begins to get risky even for the TSF, as the xylopods here are especially hungry for human flesh. This level, however, remains a gold mine for scavengers and others looking to scrap off old parts into new creations. Tunnels often go on for transcontinental distances here, connecting whole regions; it is said that xelopods and xenopods originated from this level, though how they were conceived remains a mystery known only to the xylopods.
• Level 5 - This level is an enigma encompassing everything below Level 4. It is called the "Lost Metro" for a good reason, as it is so old that almost all of its access points have been sealed shut, caved in, or blocked off in some form or another. Accessing it is hard, but not impossible – those who manage will still find that there are reasons why no one has made it back up to speak of what lies down here. The popular book written by a madman, The Cradle in the Tunnels, speaks of Lovecraftian behemoths of flesh and steel both here, though these have been dismissed as science fiction, they were believed once TSF made contact with an unidentified intelligent lifeform around the fifth level. Though some of these tunnels are flooded and truly lost to humans, the scariest part is that this level is estimated to encompass over 90% of the tunnel systems beneath the ground, and yet little to nothing is known of it.
MILITARY
During recent events of Earth, there is little to no military power in the world left however there are a few left, controlled under small governments that are usually independent.
